Progress on Modification of Polyimide By Nanoscale Materials

摘要: 本文着重介绍了Al2O3、SiO2、TiO2、MgO、ZnO、BaTiO3、POSS、石墨烯和碳纳米管纳米改性聚酰亚胺的研究近况,分析了偶联剂对杂化薄膜性能的影响,并对今后的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: The lastest progress on the modification of PI by nanoscale materials including nano-Al2O3, nano-SiO2, nano-TiO2, nano-MgO , nano-ZnO, nano-BaTiO3, POSS, graphene and carbon nanotube was reviewed. The influence of coupling agents on properties of hybrid films was analyzed. Finally the future development trend was prospected.
