膨胀型阻燃剂APP/MA/PEPB的制备及其在ABS中的应用

Preparation and properties of intumescent APP/MA/PEPB flame retardant ABS

摘要: 用氧代-4-羟甲基-2, 6, 7-三氧杂-1-磷杂双环[2, 2, 2]辛烷(PEPA)作为中间产物,与苯甲酰氯反应合成了新型成碳剂苯甲酸(1 -氧-2,6,7 -三氧杂-1 -磷双环[2.2.2]辛烷-4 -基)甲酯(PEPB)。通过傅立叶红外和1H-NMR确定了结构的正确性。与三聚氰胺(MA)和聚磷酸铵(APP)按一定比例复配成膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)用于ABS的阻燃研究。结果表明PEPB的初始分解温度(分解10%时)为310℃比传统成碳剂季戊四醇(PER)提高了58℃,当APP/MA/PEPB按2: 1: 2比例复配阻燃效果最佳,添加量为30%时,阻燃复合材料燃烧等级达到V-0,拉伸强度为40.15MPa,吸水率为1.77%,相比APP/MA/PER按2: 1: 2比例复配添加的ABS阻燃复合材料拉伸强度和吸水率分别提高33.4%和下降84.2%。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果表明复合材料燃烧后微观炭层致密无孔洞。

Abstract: Acid (1 - oxo-2 ,6,7 - three oxa-1 - P-bicyclo [2.2.2] octan-4 - yl) methyl ester (PEPB) as carbon agent was Synthesized by Oxygen-4 - (hydroxymethyl) -2, 6, 7 -trioxa - phosphabicyclo [2, 2, 2] octane (PEPA) and benzoyl chloride.The accuracy of structure was proved by FT-IR and 1H-NMR. PEPB and melamine(MA)with ammonium polyphosphate (APP) were mixed as intumescent flame retardants. when the mass ratio of APP,MA and PEPB were 2:1:2 ,the mass fraction was 30%, vertical buming test of the flame-retarded ABS composites reached V-0. The tensile strength and absorbency of composites were 40.15MPa and 1.77%.Compared to the intumescent flame retardants made of APP,MA and PER, the tensile strength increased by 33.4% and absorbency decreased by 84.2%. The char layer microstructure was compact.
