航空层合定向PMMA疲劳断裂性能的频闪法研究

Study on fatigue fracture properties of aeronautical laminated directional PMMA by stroboscopic method

摘要: 座舱盖透明件的疲劳断裂力学性能对飞机的安全飞行起到了至关重要的作用。运用频闪法结合数字图像相关法进行疲劳测试,此方法能够将动态过程转化为准静态过程,以此研究疲劳断裂性能。运用此方法对带应力集中缺口的层合定向有机玻璃的疲劳断裂性能进行研究。对实验结果进行分析得出得出在应力集中区域,疲劳裂纹有沿倾斜方向开裂的趋势,而并非沿竖直方向开裂。并对其实际破坏形式进行分析,裂纹实际扩展方向与根据频闪疲劳测试系统测试的应变场预测结果相符,进而验证了实验结果的准确性。

Abstract: The fatigue fracture properties of the aircraft canopy are important for the safety of the aircraft. The stroboscopic method combined with the digital image correlation method is used for the fatigue testing. This method can transform the dynamic process into the static process. This method is used to study the fatigue fracture properties of the laminated directional PMMA. Through analyzing the experimental results the fatigue crack extends along the declining direction in the stress concentration area. The conclusion is uniform with the actual extending direction which can express the experimental results are accurate.
