Design of Large and Thin-walled Injection Mold for Car‘s Front Bumpers

摘要: 根据汽车前保险杆结构特点,采用内分型技术和顺序阀热流道浇口控制技术设计了一副大型薄壁注塑模具,并重点分析和研究了模具浇注系统、成型零件、侧向分型与抽芯机构、温度控制系统、导向定位系统和脱模系统,确定了先进合理、安全实用的模具结构,获得了较好的成型效果。

Abstract: A large thin-walled injection mold for car front bumper was designed, using the technology of inside parting surface and sequence valve gate control. Through analysis and research of the gating system, molding parts, side parting and pulling mechanism, the temperature control system, oriented positioning system, and ejection system, an advanced, reasonable, and safe mold structure was obtained.
