Reverse Analysis of Mechanical Properties of Self-healing Microcapsule Shell Materials

摘要: 将纳米压入测试与有限元模拟分析相结合,建立微胶囊结构刚度系数和微胶囊囊壳材料弹性模量的关系,从而得到微胶囊囊壳材料的弹性模量为1.97 GPa,再进行数值模拟得到微胶囊囊壳材料的破坏应力为52.42 MPa。数值模拟载荷位移曲线和纳米压入实验曲线吻合,进一步证明了研究结果的可靠性。

Abstract: The relationship between microcapsule structure stiffness coefficient and Young's modulus of microcapsule shells was obtained in this paper by the combination of nanoindentation test and finite element analysis. According to the results of finite element analysis, the Young's modulus of microcapsule shell was 1.97 GPa and the failure stress was 52.42 MPa. The P-h curve obtained by finite element analysis was consistent with the experiment curve, which further proved the reliability of the simulate results.
