平推流管式连续反应器合成高抗冲ABS树脂的研究

Polymerization of High Impact ABS Resin by Plug Flow Tube Continuous Reactors

摘要: 采用平推流管式反应器合成高抗冲丙烯腈苯乙烯丁二烯三元共聚物(ABS)树脂,对所使用的橡胶进行剖析和检测,测定微观结构和溶液黏度;通过考察不同复合胶种类、复合胶配比对ABS树脂冲击性能的影响,优化复合胶增韧体系,确定合适的复合胶增韧剂和最佳的复合胶配比;通过仪器化冲击实验验证了当橡胶投料比为9.0%时,采用55AE∶35AE=2∶1的复合胶合成的样品悬臂梁缺口冲击强度达到351.3 J/m,相比于市售同类产品具有冲击强度高、橡胶增韧效果好的特点。

Abstract: A plug flow reactor was used to prepare high impact acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) resin by continuous bulk polymerization. The effect of microstructure, the viscosity of the solution, the type of composition of the rubber on the impact strength of ABS resin was investigated. The optimized toughening system was found. When the feed ratio of the rubber was 9.0 % and the synthetic adhesive ratio was 55AE∶35AE=2∶1, the Izod notched impact strength of the samples was 351.3 J/m, which was better than that of marketed products.
