直接甲醇燃料电池用Nafion/柱[5]芳烃复合膜的制备及其性能研究

Preparation and Performance of Nafion/Pillar[5] Arene Composite Membrane for Direct Methanol Fuel Cells

摘要: 制备了一种新型Nafion/柱[5]芳烃复合阻醇膜,通过傅里叶变换红外分析仪、核磁共振仪、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪等手段对柱[5]芳烃及复合膜的结构与性能进行了表征和测试。结果表明,该复合膜具有良好的热稳定性,较高的吸水率和较低的溶胀度;且柱[5]芳烃能有效地阻碍甲醇的透过,室温下甲醇渗透系数从Nafion115膜的8.1×10-7 cm2/s降低到Nafion/柱[5]芳烃膜的2.1×10-7 cm2/s;电流密度为65 mA/cm2条件下,Nafion/柱[5]芳烃复合膜的电池功率最高达到15.6 mW/cm2,可用在直接甲醇燃料电池中。

Abstract: A Nafion/pillar [5] composite membrane was prepared and was characterized by Fourier transform infrared analyzer, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, scanning electron microscopy, thermo gravimetric analyzer.It showed that the Nafion/pillar [5] composite membrane had a good thermal stability, high water absorption, and low swelling ratio, and the pillar [5] could effectively hinder the penetration of methanol,the methanol permeability at room temperature was as low as 2.1×10-7 cm2/s. The power of direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) with Nafion/pillar [5] membrane was 15.6 mW/cm2 at a current density of 65 mA/cm2.
