Rigidity Analysis of Clamping Systems in Twoplate Injection Molding Machines

摘要: 对二板合模机构的机械刚性和液压刚性两方面进行了解析,并分析了影响二板合模机构刚度的因素。研究发现,在设计二板式合模机构系统刚性时,机械、液压构成的串联刚度非常重要,同时合模机构在合模注射过程中的力学特性并不相同,模具的不可逆回弹也会影响到机构的二次延伸。

Abstract: The mechanical and hydraulic rigidities of twoplaten clamping systems and their influence factors were studied. It was found that it was very important to take the integral effect of the two rigidities into account during the design of clamping systems. It was different for the mechanical characteristics during the clamping and injection process, and the irreversible resilience of the mold impacted the secondary stretch of the mechanism.
