模外装饰设备液压系统与气压系统设计

Design of Hydraulic System and Pneumatic System for Out-side Decoration Equipment of Mold

摘要: 基于模外装饰工艺流程,设计了一套模外装饰设备的上模腔升降和下模台升降液压系统,该系统采用了变量泵液压缸式容积调速回路和两主缸换向阀中位串联的互锁回路,同时采用了预泄换向阀,使主缸上腔卸压后才能换向,以此可使换向平稳。还设计了一套上压边框升降和加热机构进出用的气压系统,通过电磁换向阀的换向来实现上压边框的升降和加热机构的进出,以此实现了对模外装饰设备系统的控制。最后采用AMESim软件对其液压系统进行建模仿真分析并且验证其正确性,分析结果表明其具有较高的准确性。

Abstract: A hydraulic systems for upper cavity lifting and down cavity lifting was designed for the out-side decoration equipment of mold on the basis of the process principle. The hydraulic system includes a variable capacity pump-hydraulic cylinder volumetric speed control loop, and a dual master cylinder directional control valve in a series of interlocking circuits. Meanwhile, a pre-directional control valve was adopted to make the master cylinder reverse smoothly after the cavity pressure was released. A pneumatic system for upper blank holder lifting and heating mechanism moving was designed by use of electromagnetism directional valves to control the out-side decoration system of molds. An AMESim software was employed to simulate this hydraulic system, and the result confirmed a high accuracy for the hydraulic system designed in this work.
