sPS/PBA-aPS的等温熔体结晶及非等温冷结晶动力学研究

Kinetic Study of Isothermal Melt and Non-isothermal Cold Crystallization of sPS/PBA-aPS Blends

摘要: 采用差示扫描量热仪研究了间规立构聚苯乙烯/聚丙烯酸丁酯无规立构聚苯乙烯核壳乳胶粒子(sPS/PBA-aPS)共混物等温熔体结晶及其非等温冷结晶行为,并通过Avrami方程和Mo方程分别对sPS/PBA-aPS共混物的等温熔体结晶及非等温冷结晶过程进行了分析处理。结果表明,随着等温结晶温度升高,sPS/PBA-aPS共混物结晶时间延长,结晶速率减慢;随着升温速率增大,sPS结晶发生滞后现象,结晶峰温移向高温方向。

Abstract: This paper reported a kinetic study on crystallization behavior of blends of syndiotactic polystyrene with poly(butyl acrylate)-atactic polystyrene (sPS/PBA-aPS) core-shell latex particles by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Isothermal melt and non-isothermal cold crystallization process of sPS/PBA-aPS blends were analyzed by Avrami‘and Mo‘ equations, respectively. The results indicated that the crystallization time of sPS/PBA-aPS blends increased with an increase of isothermal crystallization temperature, but there was a decrease in crystallization rate. As the heating rate increased, there was hysteresis for the crystallization of sPS phase, and the crystallization peak temperature shifted to a high temperature.
