聚乙烯管材耐慢速裂纹增长性能的加速评价方法研究进展

Research Progresses in Accelerated Evaluation Methods for Slow-crack-growth Resistant Performance of Polyethylene Pipes

摘要: 综述了聚乙烯(PE)管材慢速裂纹失效模式及相关评价方法,分析了现有PE管材耐慢速裂纹增长(SCG)性能评价方法的优缺点,针对现有评价方法试验周期长、效率低等问题,详细介绍了近年来应用于测试PE管材SCG性能的主要加速评价方法,并对该领域未来的发展方向提出展望。

Abstract: This paper reviewed modes of slow crack growth (SCG) failure for polyethylene pipes and their evaluation methods, and also analyzed advantages and disadvantages of current evaluation methods for the slow crack growth-resistant performance of the pipes. For problems in the evaluation methods such as a long testing period and low efficiency, main accelerated evaluation methods for charactering the slow crack growth-resistant performance of the pipe was introduced in detail, and finally, the future development direction of this field was prospected.
