塑料外部成型加工机构控制系统设计

摘要: 基于塑料外部成型加工工艺流程图和三菱FX3U系列可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)设计了塑料外部成型加工机构的控制系统,其分为自动模式和手动模式;采用组态王软件建立了与PLC控制系统的连接、定义变量以及动画连接,实现了塑料外部成型加工的自动控制,并且可精确控制电机转速和电液比例阀的流量。

Abstract: Control systems of outside processing mechanism for plastic parts was designed by use of Mitsubishi FX3U type PLC on the basis of process principle of outside processing for plastic parts. This control system included an automatic mode and a manual mode. The connection with the PLC control system was established. The variables were defined, and the animation was connected through the supervisory control and data acquisition. Moreover, the automatic control of plastic outside molding and processing was achieved, and the motor speed and flow rate of electrohydraulic proportional valve were also accurately controlled.
