不同相对分子质量PP对iPB-1/PP共混物性能的影响

Effect of Polypropylene with Different Molecular Weight on Properties of Isotactic Polybutene-/Polypropylene Blends

摘要: 采用熔融共混法制备了高全同聚丁烯1(iPB-1)/聚丙烯(PP) 共混物,研究了PP的重均相对分子质量和质量分数对iPB-1/PP共混物的力学性能及结晶性能的影响。结果表明,PP的相对分子质量及质量分数的增加对iPB1的结晶温度、相对结晶度影响不大;PP的加入,可以显著提高iPB-1/PP共混物的弯曲强度、弯曲模量和肖D硬度,降低其冲击强度;PP相对分子质量对iPB-1/PP共混物的拉伸强度、弯曲强度影响不大;固定PP的质量分数,随着PP相对分子质量的增加,iPB-1/PP共混物的冲击强度、肖D硬度增大。

Abstract: Isotactic polybutene-1 (iPB-1)/polypropylene (PP) blends were prepared by melt blending, and effects of molecular weight and content of PP on their mechanical properties and crystallization behaviors were investigated.The results indicated that variation of molecular weight and content of PP almost did not influence crystallization temperature and relative crystallinity of iPB-1.On the other hand, incorporation of PP improved the flexible strength, flexible modulus and D-Shore hardness of the blends, but reduced their impact toughness.Moreover, there was no influence observed for the relative molecular weight of PP on tensile and flexible strength.With same PP content, the blends exhibited an increase in impact strength and D-Shore hardness with an increase of the relative molecular weight of PP.
