无卤阻燃热塑性聚酯的研究进展

Research Progresses in Halogen-free Flame-retardant Thermoplastic Polyesters

摘要: 详细介绍了近5年来聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯和聚碳酸酯用无卤阻燃剂的种类及其研究进展,主要包括磷系、磷氮系、有机硅系以及无机阻燃剂等;分析了其各自的阻燃机理和对热塑性聚酯材料阻燃性能的影响,评价了其优缺点,并对无卤阻燃聚酯材料的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: This article reviewed the recent research progresses in halogen-free flameretardant thermoplastic polyesters and especially introduced the development and applications of halogenfree flame retardants including for poly(ethylene terephthalate), poly(1,4-butylene terephthalate) and polycarbonate in recent five years phosphoruscontaining, phosphorusnitrogen, silicone and inorganic flame retardants. Their flame retardant mechanisms and effects on the flameretardant performance of thermoplastic polyesters were analyzed, and their merits and demerits were evaluated. Finally, the development trend of halogenfree flameretardant thermoplastic polyesters was prospected.
