耐油ABS/PET/PBT电瓶壳专用料的研制

Preparation of Oil Resistance ABS/PET/PBT Blends for Battery Shells

摘要: 设计了一种耐油性丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)电瓶壳专用料,通过提高改性增容PET/PBT树脂与ABS树脂的相容性,改善ABS树脂的耐油性,制备高抗冲的ABS树脂。结果表明,ABS/PET/PBT电瓶壳专用料的冲击强度可提高到17 kJ/m2以上;耐油性能测试证实,当在ABS/PET/PBT中添加30 %(质量分数,下同)的PET/PBT增容树脂后,就可以消除刹车油对ABS/PET/PBT的侵蚀。

Abstract: In this paper, a special ABS/PET/PBT blend used for battery shells was designed to improve the oil resistance of ABS resin, and meanwhile, the compatibility between PET/PBT blends and ABS resin was enhanced. The results indicated that the impact strength of ABS/PET/PBT compound was improved to 17 kJ/m2. The oil resistance test indicated that the ABS/PET/PBT blend could prevent the corrosion of battery shells by brake oil, when the blend contains 30 wt % of PET/PBT.
