Research Progresses in Supercritical Fluid Foaming of Polymer/Nanoparticles Composites

摘要: 综述了纳米粒子在聚合物/纳米粒子复合材料超临界流体发泡中的应用及其对聚合物发泡行为的影响机理,分析了聚合物/纳米粒子复合材料发泡的影响因素,并展望了聚合物/纳米粒子复合材料发泡材料的应用前景。

Abstract: This paper reviewed applications of nanoparticles in supercritical fluid foaming process for polymer nanocomposites as well as their effects on forming mechanisms of the nanocomposites. Effect of nanoparticles on bubble nucleation and growth of polymer foaming were discussed, and factors for the foaming process of polymer-based nanocomposites were analyzed. The trend in development of polymer nanocomposite foams was prospected.
