聚丁二酸丁二醇酯扩链及其发泡行为的研究

Chain Extension of Poly(butylene succinate) and Its Foaming Behavior

摘要: 以聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)为基体, ADR-4370S为扩链剂,通过熔融共混法制备了扩链PBS;通过扭矩曲线、凝胶含量测试、差示扫描量热仪测试、旋转流变仪测试,研究了PBS扩链前后分子结构、热性能、流变性能的变化;利用超临界二氧化碳(CO2)作为物理发泡剂,通过间歇式釜压发泡成型制得不同类型的PBS泡沫样品,研究了扩链剂添加量和发泡温度对PBS发泡行为的影响。结果表明,随着扩链剂的加入,PBS的分子链由线形转变为长支化结构,甚至形成了部分交联网状结构;PBS的结晶温度和黏弹性逐渐提高;当扩链剂添加量为1.5份(质量份,下同),发泡温度为105 ℃时,PBS的发泡倍率取得最大值。

Abstract: Poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) was modified by chain extension through reactive melt mixing in a torque rheometer using ADR-4370S as a chain extender. Molecular structure and thermal and rheological properties of the modified PBS samples were investigated by torque rheometer, gel content test, differential scanning calorimetry, and rotational rheometer. PBS foams were prepared by using supercritical carbon dioxide as physical blowing agent in an autoclave. Foaming properties of PBS foams were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and densimeter. The results indicated that there was structural change in PBS macromolecules from linear to branched or cross-linking structure due to the chain extension. The branched PBS foam could obtain an optimum cell morphology with the addition of 1.5 phr chain extender at foaming temperature of 105 ℃.
