元素杂化阻燃聚丙烯的研究进展

Research Progress in Element Hybrid Flame-retardant Polypropylene

摘要: 介绍了阻燃聚丙烯(PP)的元素杂化技术,论述了PP受热、分解、着火的燃烧机理和气相、凝聚相、中断热交换的阻燃措施,详述了元素阻燃机理以及协同阻燃PP与生物基阻燃剂的研究进展。总结了目前阻燃PP存在的问题,提出了今后阻燃PP的发展方向。

Abstract: This paper briefly introduced elemental hybridization technologies for flame-retardant polypropylene (PP) and also discussed its combustion mechanism including heat, decomposition and ignition of PP and flame-retarding methods containing gas phase, condensed phase and interrupting heat exchange. Research progresses in elemental flame-retardant mechanisms, synergistic flame-retardant PP and bio-based flame retardants were overviewed. The paper also summarized problems in current researches of flame-retardant PP and proposed its direction of future development.
