热塑性聚乙烯醇对聚乳酸结构与性能的影响

Effect of Thermoplastic Poly(vinyl alcohol) on Structure and Properties of Poly(lactic acid)

摘要: 以聚乳酸(PLA)、热塑性聚乙烯醇(PVA)、相容剂等助剂为原料,采用熔融成型加工法制备了增韧的PLA样品。通过拉伸试验、冲击试验、差示扫描量热法(DSC)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试,对样品的力学性能、热性能及微观形貌进行了研究。结果表明,热塑性PVA含量为2 %(质量分数,下同)时,改性PLA的综合性能最佳,其冲击强度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率分别为15.6 kJ/m2、52.7 MPa、4.2 %,玻璃化转变温度和熔融温度分别为62.8、167.9 ℃。

Abstract: Poly(lactic acid)(PLA)/poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) blends were prepared by a melt blending method, and their structure and properties were investigated by tensile and impact tests, scanning electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results indicated that the blends achieved an optimum comprehensive properties when 2 wt % of PVA as an impact modifier was introduced. The impact strength, tensile strength, elongation at break, glass transition temperature and melting temperature of the blends reached 15.6 kJ/m2, 52.7 MPa, 4.2 %, 62.8 ℃ and 167.9 ℃, respectively.
