一种胺端基型超支化聚合物对PHBV的增韧改性研究

Toughening Modification of Poly(hydroxybutyrate-co-hydroxyvalerate) by an Amino-terminated Hyperbranched Polymer

摘要: 采用熔融共混法制备了聚3羟基丁酸酯co-3羟基戊酸酯(PHBV)/超支化乙二胺三嗪聚合物(HBP)共混物;利用差示扫描量热仪、旋转流变仪、电子万能试验机、偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜等,对PHBV/HBP共混物的热性能、流变性能、力学性能、结晶形貌和表面形貌进行了表征。结果表明,当HBP的含量为1.0 %(质量分数,下同)时,与纯PHBV树脂相比,PHBV/HBP共混物在保持拉伸强度基本不变的情况下,冲击强度提高了31.3 %,断裂伸长率提高了45.5 %,结晶度由71.7 %下降至59.1 %。

Abstract: Blends of poly(hydroxybutyrate-co-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV) with an amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer (HBP) were prepared by a melt-blending method and then characterized by differential scanning calorimetry, rotational rheometer, polarized light microscopy, scanning electron microscope, and tensile and impact tests. The results indicated that the blend containing 1.0 wt % HBP achieved an increase in impact strength by 31.3 % and in elongation at break by 45.5 %. Compared with pure PHBV, the crystallinity of the blend was also reduced from 71.7 % to 59.1 %, whereas the tensile strength almost did not change.
