摘要: 阐述了以带轴转子为嵌件,将其与风叶注射成型合为一体,改进了传统的铆压组合工艺,降低了成本、提高了生产率;为消除转子质量的影响,采用静平衡导轨架对纯粹风叶进行静平衡测试,有效避免了转子因素对修模所带来的平衡修正量误判;静平衡架结构简单,其实验结果对于去重法修正平衡量精准可靠。

Abstract: The traditional combination process of riveting and pressing was modified by using a shaft rotor as an insert to be injection-molded with wind blades together as an integral. This design led to a reduction in cost and an improvement in productivity. To eliminate the influence of rotor quality, a static balance guiding track framework was adopted to conduct a static balance test on the pure fan, which effectively avoided misjudgments toward the balance correction caused by rotor factors from mold repairing. Owing to the simple structure of static balance frame, the experimental results were accurate and reliable for the correction of equilibrium amount using a deweighting method.
