摘要: 用防锈油作为溶剂,采用样条弯曲受力方法进行了丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)和高抗冲聚苯乙烯(PS-HI)的环境应力开裂试验,研究了应力、溶剂及其综合作用对2种材料拉伸、弯曲性能的影响。结果表明,应力溶剂综合作用使PS-HI的拉伸强度和弯曲强度明显下降,而对ABS的拉伸强度和弯曲强度影响较小;此外,环境应力作用会显著降低ABS和PS-HI的断裂伸长率,并使之由韧性断裂变为脆性断裂。

Abstract: The environmental stress cracking tests of ABS and HIPS were performed by a flexural loading method using rust preventive oil as a solvent, and the effects of stress, solvent and their combination on the tensile and flexural properties of ABS and HIPS were investigated. The results indicated that the tensile and flexural strength of HIPS decreased remarkably due to the combination of stress and solvent, whereas there was almost no influence on the tensile and flexural strength of ABS. In addition, the elongation at break of ABS and HIPS was reduced significantly as a result of the environmental stress, leading to a transition in fracture behavior from ductile fracture into the brittle one.
