Optimization Design and Failure Analysis of Plastic Structure Part Based on CAE Simulation

摘要: 采用计算机辅助工程(CAE)模拟和物理试验结合的方法,对松垮下塌的塑料结构件失效模式进行了分析,然后依据这种失效分析的原理,对塑料支架进行了改进设计。最后,采用CAE模拟和试验验证结合的方法,验证了优化改进设计方案的效果。结果表明,新的塑料结构件在经过优化设计改进之后,提高了其静态刚度、抗蠕变性能和疲劳耐久性能,延长了使用寿命。

Abstract: The failure mode of a sagged plastic structure part was analyzed by a combination of the CAE simulation and laboratory experiments, and then an improving design was performed for this plastic structure part on the basis of the principle of failure analysis. Finally, the optimized design proposal was validated by a combination of the CAE simulation and experiments. The results indicated that the static stiffness, creep resistance and fatigue durability of this plastic structure part were improved by this optimized design, and its service life was also extended.
