石墨烯抗静电聚氨酯充填材料的制备及性能研究

Study on Preparation and Antistatic Performance of Polyurethane Materials Modified with Reduced Graphene Oxide

摘要: 采用Hummers法制备出氧化石墨,再利用超声剥离和热还原方法制备了氧化石墨烯,后经冷冻干燥得到石墨烯粉末,并将其做为抗静电剂研究了石墨烯对聚氨酯材料抗静电性能的影响。结果表明,石墨烯为薄层、透明、非晶态结构;随着石墨烯添加量的增加,材料的电阻率降低,当石墨烯添加量为1 %(质量分数,下同)时,材料的电阻率低于1010 Ω·cm;石墨烯的加入,一定程度上提高了聚氨酯材料的压缩强度。

Abstract: In this paper, graphite oxide was first prepared by the Hummers’ method, and then reduced graphene oxide (RGO) was obtained by ultrasonic exfoliation and thermal reduction. The resulting RGO was used as an antistatic agent to prepare the polyurethane-based composites, and the effect of RGO on the antistatic properties of the composites was investigated. The results indicated that RGO has a thin, transparent and amorphous structure, and the addition of RGO reduced the electrical resistivity of the composites significantly. The electrical resistivity was found to decrease with an increase of RGO content and was lower than 1010 Ω·cm at a RGO content of 1 wt%. Moreover, the composites achieved a fair improvement in compressive strength.
