摘要: 分析了某SUV储物盒的成型工艺性,采用热流道浇注系统,针对抽芯部位相邻2个互相垂直的孔,设计了在滑块中设计斜顶的二次抽芯机构,针对抽芯部位难脱模易损伤塑件,设计了在滑块中设计滑块的二次抽芯机构,针对高柱位深筋部位难以脱模,设计了斜顶推出机构。经检验所设计的模具结构合理,动作可靠,可以满足生产要求。

Abstract: The storage box used in sport utility vehicles has a complicated structure, and it is difficult to be ejected during the injection molding. The forming process of a storage box was analyzed, and a hot runner system was designed. In the injection molding system of this storage box, a two-step slide-pulling mechanism of lifter in slide was designed because of two neighboring perpendicular holds. Moreover, a two-step slide-pulling mechanism in slide was also designed, because the storage box was easy to be damaged when the slide was pulled. Considering of a difficulty in ejection due to overhigh columns and reinforcements, the lifter was designed. The results indicated that the mold designed in this work had a reasonable and reliable structure and it could meet the requirement of production.
