燃气管材用聚乙烯专用料的应用发展

Application Progress of Polyethylene-based Special-purpose Materials for Gas Pipe

摘要: 回顾了塑料管道在燃气输配领域的应用发展,简要介绍聚烯烃的催化关键制备技术的发展历程;比较了国内燃气用埋地聚乙烯(PE)管材制造国家标准(GB 15558.1)2015版和2003版对PE混配料的性能要求变化;分析比较了国际标准ISO 4437和欧洲标准EN 1555的对燃气管PE专用料的性能要求。重点阐述了PE80、PE100、PE100RC的高性能特点及发展过程,提出了开发PE125的建议。

Abstract: This article reviewed the application progress of plastic pipe in the field of gas transport and distribution. The development history of key technologies for preparation of polyolefin was introduced briefly, and the difference of performance requirements for polyethylene (PE) compounds was analyzed by comparing GB 15558.1—2015 with GB 15558.1—2003. Moreover, the difference of performance requirements between the international standard ISO 4437 and European standard EN 1555 was also analyzed. The highperformance characteristics and development processes of PE80, PE100, PE100RC grad PE materials were particularly discussed, and the suggestion for the development of PE125 grad PE material was proposed.
