Lightweight Design of Injection Molded Products Based on Multi-scale Co-simulation

摘要: 针对某型汽车发动机悬置支架在使用过程中易产生断裂破坏现象,分别采用多尺度联合仿真技术与传统仿真方法进行对比分析,验证了多尺度联合仿真技术的可靠性。根据悬置支架的整体应力分布情况,提出了合理的改进方案,在最大应力降低32.57 %并且整体应力水平处于安全范围内的同时,质量减轻了7.27 %,实现了汽车发动机悬置支架的轻量化设计。

Abstract: Aiming at the breakage of automobile engine mount bracket, a multi-scale co-simulation technology was analyzed in comparison with the traditional simulation one, and their reliability was verified.A reasonable improvement plan was proposed on the basis of the overall stress distribution of the mount bracket. The overall stress level could be distributed within the safe range when the maximum stress was reduced by 32.57 %, and meanwhile the mass was reduced by 7.27 %. This lightweight design was successful for the automobile engine mount bracket.
