基于CAE的汽车副仪表箱体平衡注塑优化分析

Balanced Injection Optimization of Automotive Auxiliary Instrument Boxes Based on CAE

摘要: 针对塑件体积大,形状不规则难以进行平衡注塑的问题,结合计算机辅助工程(CAE)辅助分析手段,通过对3次浇注方案的调整和平衡注塑优化,将塑件的翘曲变形有效地控制降到15 mm左右,避免了基于经验设置浇注系统可能导致模具报废的潜在风险;在基于翘曲变形得到控制的基础上,通过进一步的料温、保压参数、冷却参数的优化调整,获得了塑件的最佳注射成型工艺参数为:料温245 ℃,模温60 ℃,保压分2段保压,分别为90 MPa/16 s,70 MPa/9 s,冷却时间为60 s。通过试模检验,所优化的工艺参数能完全满足本塑件的量产要求。

Abstract: In order to resolve the problems occurring in the balanced injection molding process for the plastic parts with a large volume and irregular shape, the scheme for threepouring injection was adjusted and the balanced injection was optimized through CAE auxiliary analysis.The warpage of the injectionmolded products was effectively controlled to about 15mm, which avoided the potential of the die scrap caused by the gating system set by experience.Based on the control of warping deformation, the optimum parameters for the injection molding process of products could be obtained for mold temperature at 245 ℃, for material temperature at 60 ℃, for two section holding pressures with 90 MPa/16 s and 70 MPa/9 s, and for cooling time with 60 s.An experimental injection molding process confirmed that the optimized process parameters met the requirement for massive production.The CAEassisted analysis can effectively predict the potential molding problems in injection molding and avoid the venture of improved production cost caused by simple experience.Therefore, the accuracy of designed mold and the production efficiency were improved significantly.
