小型塑件组合型腔注塑模设计

摘要: 以某电子产品的4个小型注塑组件的组合型腔注塑模具为研究对象,分析了各组件的结构特点,结合Moldflow Insight (MFI)填充分析结果,优化设计了组合型腔平衡浇注系统;运用UG/Moldwizard注塑模设计模块,设计了组合型腔注塑模具的浇注系统、成型零部件、脱模系统及其工作过程、冷却系统、模具结构等。结果表明,本方法对解决小型组合型腔注塑模设计中的问题,提高产品质量,具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract: This paper reported the design of a combined cavity injection mold with four small injection components for a smallsize thermoplastic electric product. The structural characteristics of each component were firstly analyzed, and then an optimized non-natural balance gating system was designed for this combined cavity mold on the basis of filling analysis results using the Moldflow Insight software. Afterward,the gating system, molding parts, demolding system and its operation procedure, cooling systems and structurewere designed. The experimental results indicated that the design methodology developed by this work could provide guidance and solutions for the design of small-size combined cavity injection mold and lead to a significant improvement in product quality for injection-molded parts.
