交联聚乙烯发泡材料的研究进展

Research Progress of Crosslinking Polyethylene Foaming Materials

摘要: 综述了交联聚乙烯发泡材料的制备工艺和应用进展,其中制备工艺主要包括模压法、挤出法、发泡炉法、滚塑法和辐射法等,针对上述几种方法,分别分析了其在制备工艺、成本及推广应用方面的优势和劣势;随后对交联聚乙烯发泡材料在填充材料、隔热材料、建筑材料和轻量化材料领域的应用进行总结,最后对交联聚乙烯发泡材料的未来发展进行了展望。

Abstract: This paper reviewed the preparation method and application progress of crosslinked polyethylene foaming materials. These preparation methods mainly included compression molding method, extrusion method, foaming box method, rotation molding method and radiation method. Furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages in preparation process, cost and promotion of these preparation methods were analyzed. The application progress of crosslinked polyethylene foaming materials in filling materials, heat insulation materials, building materials and lightweight materials are also summarized. Finally, the development prospect of crosslinked polyethylene foaming materials was discussed.
