Abstract: This article introduced the content of MIL-PRF-22191F 《BARRIERM MATERIALS， TRANSPARENT， FLEXIBLE，HEAT-SEALABLE》, and analyzed the requirements, which was established by MIL-PRF-22191F, for classification, construction, splices, form, rolls, sealing, workmanship and performance index of barrier materials having waterproof or low water vapor transmission characteristics for use in military packaging. After comparing and analyzing with other relevant standards, some suggestions for the application of this standard are put forward.
