支架盒盖斜滑块三次抽芯机构模具设计

Design of Mold with Angled-lift Split Three-time Core Pulling Mechanism for Bracket Box Cover

摘要: 针对塑件布局、脱模困难等问题,设计了1模1腔点浇口带三次抽芯斜滑块机构三板模具。塑件在模腔中的布局采用柄部在模具XY平面放置方式布局,浇注系统采用2个点浇口对塑件进行浇注。设计了4种类型5个机构来实现塑件的自动脱模,4种机构分别为定模斜滑块抽芯机构、动模滑块抽芯机构、动模斜滑块三次抽芯机构、顶针推管顶出脱模机构。动模斜滑块三次抽芯机构设计中,通过斜导柱驱动斜滑块完成斜面的第一次局部抽芯,利用斜滑块上的弹簧顶住斜推板来驱动斜顶针、斜斜顶、斜推管完成第二次延时抽芯,利用滑块上设置的拉杆对斜面完成第三次延时抽芯,实现了塑件斜面上不同特征的分次抽芯脱模,有效保证了塑件的成型品质和自动化注塑生产,简化了模具结构,有效降低了模具制造成本,能为同类塑件的模具结构设计带来有益参考。

Abstract: Aimed at the difficulties in the layout and demolding of plastic parts, a three-plate mold with a three-time core pulling mechanism was designed. For the layout of plastic parts in the mold cavity, the handle was arranged in the XY plane layout of the mold. Four types of mechanisms were designed for automatic demolding of plastic parts, which includes a angled-lift split core-pulling mechanism for stationary mold, a split core-pulling mechanism for movable mold, an angled-lift split three-time core-pulling mechanism for movable mold and a demolding mechanism with a sleeve ejector. For the design of angled-lift split three-time core-pulling mechanism, the first local core pulling was performed by driving the angled-lift split with inclined guide pillar. The second time-delay core pulling was conducted by driving an inclined ejector pin, an inclined angle lifter and an inclined ejector sleeve with the spring on the angled-lift split. The third time-delay core pulling was realized by means of the tie bar to lever set on the slider. The fractional core-pulling demolding was well performed by these mechanisms, which effectively ensured the quality of products during the plastic molding and automatic injection molding production processes, simplified the mould structure, and reduced the cost of the mold manufacturing. This design can bring a good reference for the design of the mold with a similar structure.
