Nano-TiO2改性PE-LD复合抗菌薄膜制备与性能研究

Preparation and Properties of Antibacterial Film Based on Nano-TiO2-modified Low-density Polyethylene Composites

摘要: 将纳米二氧化钛(Nano-TiO2)经过改性处理之后,按照不同的比例添加至低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD)树脂中混合造粒、流延制备改性薄膜,并以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜为外层薄膜进行复合,最终得到高阻隔性改性抑菌薄膜。对薄膜的力学、抗菌及光学性能进行测试。结果表明,随着Nano-TiO2添加比例的递增,薄膜的力学性能和抗菌性能增强,而光学性能下降;其中,当Nano-TiO2以2.5 %的比例添加至树脂中制备得到薄膜的抗张强度和雾度较大,而伸长率和透光率较小,但其阻气性、阻水性及抗菌效果较好,可以应用于食品的抗菌包装。

Abstract: A type of antibacterial films was prepared by a casting method using TiO2 nanoparticles (Nano-TiO2) as an antibacterial agents and low-density polyethylene (PE-LD) resin as a matrix, followed by hot compression with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film as an outer layer. The mechanical, antibacterial and optical properties of the composite films were evaluated. The results indicated that, as the proportion of increases, the mechanical and antibacterial properties of the films were enhanced with increasing the loading of Nano-TiO2, whereas the optical properties tended to decrease. When 2.5 wt % of Nano-TiO2 was added, the tensile and haze strength of the films was higher than the pristine one. However, their light transmittance became smaller, but their gas resistance, water resistance and antibacterial effect became better. The composite films developed by this work can be used for the antimicrobial packaging of food.
