PVC-UH管材壁厚对环向拉伸强度的影响

摘要: 采用环向拉伸试验对硬质聚氯乙烯(PVC-UH)管材的环向拉伸强度进行检测,研究了影响大口径PVC-UH厚壁管材环向拉伸强度的因素。结果表明,大口径PVC-UH厚壁管材的壁厚在一定的范围内(19.5~45.9 mm)对环向拉伸强度有很大影响,据此结果对同规格不同厚度管材的环向拉伸强度指标的拟定有指导意义,本文就大口径PVC-UH管材的壁厚对其自身的环向拉伸强度的影响进行了探讨。

Abstract: In this paper, the hoop tensile strength of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-UH) pipes was measured by a hoop tensile experiment, and the effect of thick wall on the hoop tensile strength of the PVC-UH pipes with a large diameter. The results indicated that there was a great effect of wall thickness on the PVC-UH pipes with the large diameter in the range of 19.5~45.9 mm. The results obtain from this work can give a guide for determination of the hoop tensile strength of PVC-UH pipes with different large diameters. Moreover, the influence factors for the hoop tensile strength of PVC-UH pipes were also discussed.
