高耐热EP的开发及其应用研究进展

Research Progress in Development and Application of Heat-resistant Epoxy Resins

摘要: 在介绍环氧树脂(EP)基本性能的基础上,对新型耐高温EP的开发方法进行了综述,如:有机小分子共混改性、有机树脂共混改性、纳米粒子共混改性、化学合成法制备新型耐热EP等,同时总结了高耐热EP在耐磨材料、涂层涂料、电子封装材料等不同领域中的应用研究,并展望了其未来的发展方向。

Abstract: This paper introduced the elementary properties of epoxy resin and reviewed the development methods for new types of the high heat-resistant epoxy resins such as the blending modification with small organic molecules, organic resins and nano particles as well as the chemical methods for the synthesis of heat-resistant epoxy resins with new molecular structures. The paper also summarized the application research on high heat-resistant epoxy resins in different fields such as wear-resistant materials, coating coatings, electronic packaging materials, etc, and the development direction in future was prospected.
