不同层板离子及插层类水滑石对PVC热稳定性的影响

Effect of Intercalated Hydrotalcite-like Compounds with Different Interlayer Ions on Thermal Stability of PVC

摘要: 分别合成了不同层板离子、不同价态无机酸根及有机酸根插层、不同直链链长插层类水滑石,采用热老化烘箱法、刚果红法、转矩流变仪探究了对聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定性能的影响。结果表明,类水滑石层板中引入稀土元素及增加离子的数目可提高PVC的热稳定性;不同价态无机酸根及有机酸根插层类水滑石中,二价酸根插层的类水滑石均表现出最佳的热稳定性能;类水滑石插层中随着有机酸碳链的不断增长,热稳定性出现了先增强后降低的趋势。

Abstract: A series of hydrotalcite-like compounds were synthesized, and these compounds had different interlayer ions and various intercalations with different valence inorganic acid radicals and different chain-length organic acid radicals. The effect of the hydrotalcite-like compounds on the thermal stability of PVC were investigated by means of thermal aging oven method, Congo red method and torque rheometer. The results indicated that the thermal stability of PVC was improved by incorporating the rare-earth elements and increasing the quantity of ions in the interlay of the compounds. For the hydrotalcite-like compounds with different valence inorganic acid radicals and organic acid radicals, the compounds intercalated with bivalent acid radicals exhibited the best thermal stability. Moreover, the thermal stability showed an increasing trend at first and then tended to decrease with an increase of the carbon-chain length of organic acids in the hydrotalcite-like intercalation.
