Preparation and Properties of LSR Heat-insulation Composites Filled with Hollow Glass Beads

摘要: 以液体硅橡胶(LSR)为基材,中空玻璃微珠为填料,通过共混法制备了隔热材料,探讨了不同含量、不同粒径中空玻璃微珠对材料热导率、力学性能及微观形态的影响。结果表明, 材料的热导率随中空玻璃微珠用量的增加呈先下降后上升趋势,且填充同样含量的中空玻璃微珠,粒径越小,材料的热导率降低幅度越大;加15份平均粒径为40μm的中空玻璃微珠,材料的热导率最低为0.0135 W/m·K;材料的拉伸强度及断裂伸长率随着中空玻璃微珠用量的增加而降低,粒径越小,其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率降幅越大;中空玻璃微珠的粒径越小,其在LSR基材中的分散性越好。

Abstract: Liquid silicon rubber acetate (LSR) filled with hollow glass beads was studied as a heat-insulation composite. The effect of hollow glass beads on the thermal conductivity and tensile strength was investigated. It indicated that as the content of hollow glass beads increased, the thermal conductivity of the composites first increased then declined. At the same loading of hollow glass beads, the thermal conductivity decreased with decreasing particle size. The composite filled with 15 phr of hollow glass beads (diameter of 40μm) gave rise to the minimum thermal conductivity of 0.0135 W/m·K. The tensile strength and elongation at break decreased with increasing loading of hollow glass beads and decreasing particle size of the hollow glass beads.
