差动组合抽芯的汽车后视镜支架注塑模设计

Design of Injection Mold for Rearview Mirror Bracket of Automobile with Differential Combined Core-pulling

摘要: 结合汽车后视镜支架的结构特点,应用UG NX设计了适用于该产品的双分型面注塑模具。应用计算机辅助工程技术分析及模具机构设计经验,选择了潜伏式浇口的浇注位置。针对难加工问题,成型零件采用镶件镶拼方式;针对脱模难问题,分别设计了不同类型的侧抽芯脱模机构,特别是同一位置的双向斜抽芯,创新性的设计了差动组合抽芯脱模机构。结果表明,模具结构设计合理,工作稳定。

Abstract: Based on the structural characteristics of rearview mirror bracket of automobile, an injection mold with double-parting surfaces was designed by use of UG NX. A reasonable submarine gate location was selected with the help of the computer-assisted engineering analysis and the practical design experience of die and mold. Aiming to difficult processing problems, the insert inlaid way was used for the shaped part. Aiming at the difficult problem of demolding, the different types of side core-pulling mechanism were designed, especially for the two-way angled core-pulling in the same position. An innovative differential combined corepulling demolding mechanism was designed. Such a structural design was confirmed to be reasonable and stable.
