摘要: 介绍了注塑模随形冷却水路的技术进展,阐述了基于金属三维(3D)打印技术的随形冷却水路的设计方法和空间结构,重点介绍了随形冷却水路优化设计的研究进展,提出了下一步的重点研究方向。

Abstract: The paper reviewed the technological development in the conformal cooling channel of injection mold and also introduced its design methods and space structures based on the 3D metal printing technique. The research progress in optimization design of the conformal cooling channel was introduced in detail, and the research direction in future was proposed.
