可剥离胶固化膜的制备与性能研究

Preparation and Properties of Plasticized Films Based on Peelable Adhesives

摘要: 将氯醋树脂与烷基磺酸酯类增塑剂、热稳定剂等助剂进行高速混合制备可剥离胶,并对其形貌特征,力学性能以及热稳定性能进行测试表征。结果表明,可剥离胶在塑化温度为150 ℃,塑化时间为10 min时其力学性能最好,形貌特征最完善;在二月桂酸二丁基锡热稳定剂含量为0.75 %(质量分数,下同) 时,塑化膜的热稳定性能最好;在非硅酮聚合物类消泡剂质量分数为0.75 %时,塑化膜的消泡效果图最好;此外,制备的可剥离胶塑化膜在浓度为20 %的盐酸和氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡30 min,塑化膜无脱落、无小泡等现象发生,并且能实现大面积剥离。

Abstract: Poly(vinyl chloride-co-vinyl acetate) resin was mixed with alkyl sulfonate plasticizer and heat stabilizer to prepare glass adhesives by means of a high-speed mixing equipment, and the morphology, mechanical properties and thermal stability of the obtained adhesives were investigated. The results indicated that the peelable adhesives achieved the optimum mechanical properties and morphological characteristics when the plasticizing temperature was set at 150 ℃ and the plasticizing time was set to 10 min. When 0.75 wt% of dibutyltin dilaurate thermal stabilizer was incorporated, the obtained plasticized films achieved an optimal thermal stability. The plasticized films also exhibited an optimum defoaming effect when 0.75 wt% of non-silicone polymer defoamer was added. In addition, there is no breaking-off and vesicles observed in peelable plasticized films after immersed in 20 wt% hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide solutions for 30 min. These films can be easily peeled in a large area.
