摘要: 采用熔融挤出、注射成型的方法制备了含二氮杂萘酮结构聚醚砜(PPES)和聚苯硫醚(PPS)共混物,对共混物的熔融加工性能、相容性以及力学性能能进行了研究。结果表明,共混物的熔体流动速率随着PPS含量的增加而增加,且当PPS含量较少时,共混物的熔体流动速率即有大幅度的上升;该共混物为热力学不相容体系;随着PPS含量的增加,共混物的力学性能先降低后上升,且当PPS含量约为30 %(质量分数,下同)时,共混物的力学性能最低。

Abstract: Blends of poly (phthalazinone ether sulfone) (PPES)and poly(phenylene sulfide) (PPS) were prepared by injection molding. The processability, miscibility, and mechanical properties of the blends were investigated. It was found that the melt index of the blends increased with increasing PPS content. DSC and SEM showed that the blends were thermodynamic incompatible systems. With the increasing PPS content, the mechanical properties of the blends first decreased and then increased, the mechanical properties of the blends showed the minimum when the PPS content was about 30%.
