塑料储罐封头螺纹结构尺寸精度的数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation Dimensional Accuracy of the Plastic Tank Heads

摘要: 运用Moldex3D软件,对丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)的2.5″-8NPSM储罐封头进行数值模拟;以分析模拟结果为依据,利用总体收缩率对局部结构尺寸的影响,对模具的螺纹小径及中径尺寸沿轴线方向进行预变形修正,以保证注射成型螺纹的小径及中径符合尺寸精度要求。结果表明,对螺纹小径(D4)及中径(D3)从浇注端起,沿轴向对直径分别进行D4=-0.0161z+69.8,D3=-0.0134z+70.97预变形修正后,该类塑料储罐封头的小径及中径尺寸满足尺寸精度要求。

Abstract: ABS tank head of 2.5″-8NPSM was simulated using Moldex3D software. Based on the simulation and the effect of overall shrinkage on local structural dimension the small diameter and intermediate diameter of the mold along the axial direction were modified to meet the required accuracy. From the pouring location, along the axial direction, the small diameter and intermediate diameter of the thread structure were corrected by the equation D4=-0.0161z+69.8 and D3=-0.0134z+70.97, and thus met the requirement of accuracy.
