聚合物PVT特性在线测试技术及在模具设计中的应用

On-line Test Technique for PVT Property of Polymer Materials and Its Application in Mold Design

摘要: 通过自主研发的聚合物压力比容温度(PVT)特性在线测试仪获得聚合物真实成型工况下的PVT特性参数,由此得到注射材料收缩率,用于制品模具成型尺寸设计,并计算得到以离线PVT参数为依据进行设计的模具成型尺寸。采用数值模拟方法对上述两种模具尺寸设计结果得到的成型制品精度进行对比分析。结果表明,以在线PVT测试结果为基础设计的模具成型尺寸得到的制品尺寸精度与实际设计要求更加接近。

Abstract: PVT property under real molding conditions was obtained through a on-line tester of polymer materials, so injection material shrinkage could be achieved and was used for mold design. In addition, the mold size was also calculated,which was based on off-line PVT property parameters. The numerical simulation method was used for simulating the above-mentioned two kinds of mold size so that mold precision could be analyzed comparatively. It showed that the product dimension precision based on on-line PVT test results were closer to the actual ones.
