汽车内饰件组合型腔注塑模设计

Design of Combined Cavity Injection Molds for Automobile Inner Decoration

摘要: 将模具计算机辅助工程(CAE)技术引入汽车内饰件组合型腔注塑模的设计。根据流动过程的模拟分析,改善模具浇注系统的结构尺寸,流动不平衡率从7 %降为1.4 %,利用气穴分析和冷却分析优化了排气系统和冷却系统的设计,提高了模具的设计质量,为组合型腔模具的优化设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract: Mold CAE technology was used in the design of combined cavity injection molds for automobile inner decoration. Using the results of flow simulation, the dimensions of gating system were optimized, the flow imbalance ratio dropped from 7 % to 1.4 %. The design of venting and cooling systems was improved through air trap and cool analysis.
