摘要: 介绍了冷热水用塑料压力管道系统国际标准体系设计应力计算方法,并通过计算分析冷热水管道系统设计应力,给出了不同热水管道材料在各使用级别下设计应力对比,讨论了冷热水用塑料压力管道系统标准体系存在的问题,希望通过行业内探讨,寻求更为合理的应力计算公式。

Abstract: The stress calculation method used in the international standards for plastic pressure piping systems for hot and cold water installation was introduced. Based on the calculation of the design stress for hot and cold water installation, the broken contribution probability for different materials was compared. The calculation examples showed that the formula used in the international standard were questionable. Further study in this field was necessary.
