摘要:

结合企业注塑模具分模设计的实际知识经验,分析了当前注塑模具分模设计技术的研究现状,针对当前分模设计系统存在的不足,结合企业的实际需求,提出了一种模具分模线自动识别算法和模具体积块自动生成算法,并基于NX平台,开发了智能化分模设计系统,该系统不但操作简单快捷,而且在一定程度上降低了对设计人员经验知识的依赖。实例表明,该系统能够大幅度提高设计效率,实用性强,有实际应用价值。

Abstract:

The current research status of the design technology of parting molds was analyzed by combination of the practical knowledge and experience of the parting mold design of injection mold. Aiming at the shortcomings of the current parting mold design system and the actual needs of manufactures, an automatic recognition algorithm for the parting line of the mold and an automatic generation algorithm for the specific blocks of the mold were proposed. Based on the NX platform, an automatic parting mold design system was developed. This system is not only easy to operate but also can reduce the dependence on the experience and knowledge of designers. The obtained example indicated that this system had high practicability and could greatly improve the design efficiency.
