脱硫胶粉/SBS改性沥青性能及机理研究

Research on the Performance and Mechanism of Desulfurization Crumb Rubber/SBS Modified Asphalt

摘要: 针对现阶段常用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)改性剂价格高的现象,为实现降低SBS改性沥青的工程造价,在改善沥青性能和与有效循环利用废胶粉的基础上,本文研究了脱硫胶粉(DCR)/SBS改性沥青的基本性能、储存稳定性能、抗老化性能等宏观性能,同时采用扫描电镜(SEM)和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)分析并评价了其形态特征和化学特性。结果表明,SBS和脱硫胶粉的加入改善了DCR/SBS改性沥青的高低温性能、储存稳定性、抗老化性能,脱硫胶粉与SBS改性剂均匀分散并相互交联,脱硫胶粉-SBS-沥青三相间界面模糊,同时,脱硫胶粉与SBS在沥青中为物理改性与化学反应共存。为后续废胶粉替代部分SBS改性剂在道路工程的进一步推广应用提供技术参考。

Abstract: In response to the phenomenon of high prices of commonly used styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) modified asphalt at present, in order to reduce the engineering cost of SBS modified asphalt. Based on the improvement of asphalt performance and with the effective recycling of waste crumb rubber, this paper investigated the basic performance, storage stability performance, anti-aging performance and other macroscopic properties of the desulfurization crumb rubber (DCR)/SBS modified asphalt, and at the same time, used the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) were used to analyze and evaluate the morphological characteristics and chemical properties. The results showed that the addition of SBS and desulfurized crumb rubber improved the high and low temperature performance, storage stability, and anti-aging performance of DCR/SBS modified asphalt, and the desulfurized crumb rubber and SBS modifier were uniformly dispersed and crosslinked with each other, and the interface between the three phases of desulfurized crumb rubber-SBS-asphalt was fuzzy, and at the same time, the desulfurized crumb rubber and SBS were coexisting in asphalt for the physical modification and chemical reaction. For the follow-up waste crumb rubber to replace part of the SBS modifier in the road project to provide technical reference for further popularization and application.
