高性能膜料ACP7000F的工业生产及性能研究

Industrial production and performance of high⁃performance film⁃grade PE⁃HD resin (ACP7000F)

摘要:

采用BCE⁃H200催化剂在350 kt/a Hostalen ACP工艺高密度聚乙烯(PE⁃HD)装置完成ACP7000F膜料的工业试验。利用熔体流动速率、凝胶渗透色谱、力学性能测试等方法考察催化剂、聚乙烯粉料及膜料的综合性能。结果表明,BCE⁃H200催化剂具有较高的活性,较平稳的氢调敏感性和优异的共聚性能。与参比催化剂相比,BCE⁃H200催化剂活性提高87.5 %,氢气单耗降低12.5 %、1⁃丁烯单耗降低13.1 %,所得聚乙烯粉料细粉少、平均粒径更大。由BCE⁃H200催化剂生产的膜料各项力学性能更优,高负荷下鱼眼数量更少,符合企业生产标准。BCE⁃H200催化剂可替代进口催化剂生产高性能膜料树脂。经分析,参比催化剂膜料上形成的鱼眼主要组成为高分子量、低结晶度的聚乙烯。

Abstract:

The industrial scale production for a film⁃grade PE⁃HD resin with a commercial brand of ACP7000F was successfully carried out on a Hostalen ACP industrial installation with a yield of 350 kt·a-1 using a BCE⁃H200 catalyst. The general performance of the resultant PE⁃HD resin and its film as well as the catalyst was evaluated by melt flow rate, gel permeability chromatography, and mechanical measurements. The experimental results indicated that the BCE⁃H200 catalyst had higher activity, more stable hydrogen response, and excellent copolymerization ability. Compared to the control catalyst, the activity of the BCE⁃H200 catalyst was improved by 87.5 %, resulting in a decrease in the hydrogen consumption by 12.5 % and in the butene⁃1 consumption by 13.1 %. The obtained PE⁃HD resin by using the BCE⁃H200 catalyst shows a large particle size, less fine particles, better mechanical properties, and less gel under a high load. Such performance can meet the production standard. The BCE⁃H200 catalyst can be used to replace the imported catalysts for producing the high⁃performance film⁃grade PE⁃HD resin. In addition, the evaluation on the gel from the control film indicated that the gel was composed of the PE with high molecular weight and low crystallinity.
