利用废旧塑料与磷石膏制造建筑模板的研究

Research on Making Use of Polymer Particles and Phosphogypsum to Manufacture Architectural Formwork

摘要: 利用废旧塑料(聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯)与磷石膏共混,采用热压成型的工艺制造塑料建筑模板,对模板不同配方条件下模板的密度、溶解率、冷热稳定性、冲击强度与加热成型次数进行了研究。结果表明模板的密度与溶解率随着磷石膏用量的增加而增大;模板的热膨胀率与冷收缩率随着磷石膏用量的增加而减小;模板的冲击强度随着磷石膏用量的增加而减小,随着加热成型次数的增加,模板的冲击强度逐渐增大,当加热成型次数为5次以内(含5次),随着加热成型次数的增加,模板冲击强度逐渐增大,但当加热成型次数大于5次以上,冲击强度减小,减小趋势趋于平缓。

Abstract: Abstract:Made use of polymer particles (PE,PS,PP) and phosphogypsum to blend,adopted the technology of hotpressing molding to manfacture architectural formwork.The density and water absorption,the heat expansion ration and cold shrink ration,the impact strength and the mumber of times of heating molding about the formwork were researched on the different formulation conditions.Result showed the density and solution rate of the formwork with the increase of fla ash dose enlarged.The heat expansion ration and cold shrink ration of the formwork with the increase of phosphogypsum dose minished. The impact strength of the formwork with the increase of phosphogypsum dose minished. When heating molding times less than five times,the impact strength of the formwork with the increase number of heating molding times enlarged. Then,the impact strength diminish when heating molding times were greater than five times. The diminish tendency of impact strength became mild.
