摘要: 采用溶胶一凝胶法在聚酸胺酸溶液中引人二氧化硅( SiO2)溶胶,并经热酸亚胺化后制备了聚酸亚胺二氧化硅( PI /SiO2)杂化薄膜。采用X一射线能谱、红外光谱,X一射线衍射和原子力显微镜等方法,研究了SiO2含量对杂化薄膜元素组成、化学结构、晶体结构及表面形貌的影响。结果表明,在亚胺化的过程中,PI薄膜中原位形成了非晶态的无机硅烷网络;生成的SiO2颗粒粒径随其含量的增加而增大,在SiO2含量低于5%(质量分数,下同)时,其粒径不超过50 nm,当其含量达到7%时,颗粒的粒径急增至200 nm,表明颗粒发生了团聚。

Abstract: Silica sol was introduced into polyamide acid and a polyimidc(PI)silica(SiO2)hybrid film was obtained after amidization of PAA.The influence of silica content on clement composition,chemical structure, crystal structure, and morphology of the hybrid film was determined using EDS, FT-IR,XRD, and八FM. During imidization, random inorganic silicon-oxygen network was formed.Size of SiO2 particle increased with increasing SiO2 content. When Si02 content was lower than 5 wt%,the size of Si02 was less than 50 nm, which was increased to 200 nm via coagulation when the SiO2 content
reached 7 wt%.
